After arriving in Wadi Rum Village, we will go for a drive through the beautiful and lonely Wadi Saabit Desert (some 40kms) to Jebel Um Addami. Upon arrival, you will have a guided hike to the top which takes about two and a half hours. Jabal Um Addami is the highest mountain in Jordan (1832m above sea level) and is located right on the border with Saudi Arabia. From the top, you will see Saudi Arabia and on a clear day even the Red Sea. After resting, you'll descend for a desert-cooked lunch. Spend a few hours exploring the White Desert by foot or by jeep before arriving at Candles Camp.
Following breakfast on your second day, we will drive you back to Rum Village.
Camp and Logistics:
This package includes transportation between Wadi Rum Village and Candles Camp as well as accommodations at the camp. Enjoy a dinner of local Jordanian food and traditional Zarb (meat and vegetables cooked under the sand) along with breakfast. Water, coffee, and our famous tea are available throughout the day.
