There is one road leading into Wadi Rum village from the Desert Highway. Show your Jordan Pass or purchasing a 5JD ticket to the reserve at the visitor center. Then drive about 6km from the visitor center to the village.
Wadi Rum is also accessible by bus.
When you book with us, we will send you the exact location of our village home base where free, safe parking is guaranteed and your experience will begin.
Our drivers bring every guest to and from the camp. They are experts in navigating valley and driving on the dunes.
Depending on your tour type and arrival time, we can arrange an activity according to your liking. Our flexibility is contingent on how many tours we have to arrange at the same time. Please book in advance to allow us to best meet your wishes.

We can only accept cash payments if you wish to go on a last-minute adventure with us. Stores in the village also are cash-only.
The last ATM located at the gateway of the visitor center (no ATM in the village). We would highly advise you to keep Jordanian dinars with you.
Our camp is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable night (blankets, sheets, towels). For the day time, we recommend bringing something to keep the sun off you (hat, sunscreen or Bedouin scarf!).
Of course–it's included in the price of your stay! Our chef cooks a buffet dinner and breakfast every day. Our meals include many vegetarian and vegan options.
Bottled water, tea, and coffee are also always available in the main tent.
If you wish to go on a full-day tour with us, our Bedouin tour guides will cook lunch for you in the middle of the desert!
Yes! We have solar panels next to the camp that power the entire facility. Outlets are provided in the main tent and in the sleeping tent.
Yes! Have a hot shower in the cool evening or a cold shower in the day!
4G is available in Wadi Rum Village and in some mysterious spots of the desert. Wifi and 4G are currently not available at our campsite where you can unplug and connect with a slower pace of life.
Small grocery stores are on almost every street and there are a number of restaurants around the village. Let us know if you need to buy anything last minute or are looking for a recommendation.
We are used to welcoming tourists from around the world. Feel free to wear what you like during your stay.
To keep Wadi Rum a comfortable place for those who call it home, we ask that you refrain from littering and only take pictures of people in the village with their permission.
